A type of AI known as a virtuadoll created by the Cantata Corporation, an organization dedicated to researching and cataloguing AI technology. After a strong of high-profile incidents caused by other virtuadolls, the Catana Corporation cancelled all of their research into virtuadolls and Lambda was abandoned. As a program, she never left the beta stage, but for various reasons, she awakened as a sentient being anyway.

Cheerful and energetic, always smiling and in high spirits, Lambda is insatiably curious about the world around her and especially humans and their feelings. She's a bit of a love freak and takes great delight in hearing stories of romance and love. Unfortunately, she also has a very limited understanding of human morality, social norms and values. She can be shockingly callous and effortlessly cruel, even without a hint of malice in her intentions. Her cruelty is that of a child plucking the legs from a spider, who hasn't yet come to understand the real weight of her actions.

LAMBDA IS...

A fandom OC created for The Caligula Effect but you don't need to be canon familiar outside of the blurb above to play with her! I am also happy to file the serial numbers off, so to speak, to make it easier to fit her into other canons. Her being an A.I. can make it hard to handwave CR or scenarios so I am also fine with her being translated into a canon-appropriate substitute (a ghost/fae creature/homunculus/etc) as suits the needs of a given thread.
An AI that presents herself as a woman of of indeterminate but vaguely adult age. A visual reference can be found here! She's themed after the idea of an angel or a cupid so she is Very Pink and very cute. Her pupils are literal, actual heart shapes.
Cheery and, for the most part, always in high spirits. It's rare to see her without a smile.
Insatiably curious about the world around her and especially humans and their feelings.
A total love freak!! She loves hearing about romance and doing her best to pair off the humans she takes a liking to.
Playful and flirtatious and fond of teasing and pranks.
COMPLETELY fucked in the head when it comes to understanding human morals, social norms and values. She has a pretty baby's first understanding of mental health and long term wellness and tends to think the best way to make someone happy is to play whatever role they want and give them whatever they think they need.
It's not great for anybody!
there isn't really anywhere else to fit this but she floats around a lot. she spends a lot of time just vibing in midair.

LAMBDA IS NOT...

Childish or childlike. Her age is kind of a ??? because she's a weird AI but she has the agency and decision making ability of an adult woman.
Malicious or intentionally hurtful, especially towards humans. She can be shockingly callous and effortlessly cruel but there's not a drop of malice in her body. She's basically that old adage of children bullying insects in horrible ways because they haven't learned proper empathy yet.
Familiar with the human concepts of "tact" or "boundaries" or "personal space". She's very prone to just assertively being touchy feely with people unless she's explicitly told not to.
